Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery will be shown at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship worldwide.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If this happens, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
