Night Owl Design Co. Return Policy

At Night Owl Design Co., every item is designed with care and crafted to help your brand shine. Because we’re a small, boutique creative business, we want to be transparent about how returns and exchanges work.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital downloads (templates, logos, or design files)

  • Personalized/custom design work

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns are processed as store credit unless the product is defective.

  • If an item is defective or incorrect, you may request a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future Night Owl Design Co. purchase.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for size, color, or variation), contact us at nightowldesignco2023@gmail.com. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at nightowldesignco2023@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right quickly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email nightowldesignco2023@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send instructions for shipping your item back.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit or refund.
